Application for Dhanasahaya Scheme towards purchase of Costumes and Musical Instruments

  • Application request is submitted by an individual applicant to receive financial support from the department for procurement/ purchase of Costumes and Musical Instruments
  • Documents to be submitted with application:
    • 1) Photocopy of bank pass book
    • 2)Details of quotations obtained for each item from 3 seller organizations
    • 3)Details of grants received in the previous year (Audit Certificate, Utilization Certificate)
    • 4) Caste certificate, if the applicant belong to SC/ST category
    • 5)Information regarding performances conducted by the artists group in the previous years
    • Application Fee : Nil
    • Service Charge (Grama one| B1| K1) : Rs 30
    • Service Time (Days) : Nil
  • Eligibility: 1) If the applicant belongs to General category, then the applicant should have given performances for a minimum of 2 years as on the date of application
  • 2) If the applicant belongs to SC/ST category, then the applicant should have given performances for a minimum of 1 year as on the date of application
  • 3) The applicant should not have received benefits for the same scheme in the same year
